I learned that civilians in Syria are being starved by the Syrian Government. At least 128 people have died in the Yarmouk camp, and there are 20,000 more people living there who are malnourished. Many people have not eaten fruits or vegetables in months, and have to eat cats and dogs to stay alive. The camp has also also lacked electricity for almost a year, while most hospitals have shut down from a lack of supplies. Calls by the UN to stop sieges on the Syrian people have not been answered.
